  Hi I was editing my new website which is including some information from an older site and all of a sudden I can’t open it at all. I actually need a staff person to help with this as I may be locked out.

  What is the URL of the site you are referring to?

  I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?
