Editing not working

My website loads normally when in the viewing mode, but when I try to edit it nothing loads. When I go to “my sites” it says “Loading my sites” but it never changes. It’s been like this for a few months now, unsure what to do. Thanks!

Hmm, this sounds like it could be due to a browser issue. Typically when we see this, the browser is out of date, has a setting disabled, or is using an extension that conflicts. Sometimes though we’ll run into problems with browser updates, too.
Can you confirm which browser you’re using, and its version?
And, could you try clearing your browser cache to see whether that helps? This article explains how:
