editing on home page

    I was entering text on home page of the misty theme, previewed it and then went back to entering more text. Published it and now the home page says SORRY cant find what you are looking for. There no longer is an edit section or way to get rid of that. I can not find a way to delete that home page and get a new one. When I try to go to another theme the same SORRY comes up.
    What should I do

    The reason you’re seeing that error message is because you haven’t published any posts yet. Your default home page is also your posts page, where your blog posts are displayed.

    You can simply publish one of the draft posts that you have in your Dashboard -> Posts page to remove that error message.

    Alternatively, if you want to have a static front page, you can do that by following this guide:
