We are no longer receiving emails and i am unable to edit the page. There is a ‘chargeback’ fee and I am not sure what it is for. Please contact [redacted by staff]

About Chargebacks:
I looked into your account and I can see that when the WordPress.com Personal plan was automatically renewed on the site in March, you disputed that payment with your payment service provider. Because you disputed that payment as being fraudulent or unauthorized, the relevant subscription was canceled. The Chargeback fee you had to pay was because of that dispute.

You will still need to purchase the WordPress.com Personal plan again on your site. You can do that by going to https://wordpress.com/plans
