Editing Page Content

Just trying to edit content on each of my pages….haven’t found WP to be very user-friendly thus far…for example, on my contact page, I want to edit the text that is on that page, but I have no idea how to do that. I’ve tried playing around with different ‘edit’ buttons, but those take me to a blank page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you tried accessing your WP Admin dashboard? You can get to this dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site’s url (e.g.: https://category5athletics.wordpress.com/wp-admin)
