Editing pages

I just went onto my website to update one of the pages, and discovered that the editor I used to use to make changes to my site apparently no longer exists; and there are no instructions I can see anywhere on how to use the new one. I’m not interested in reading about this in a forum. I’m no web designer, and 98% of what is discussed in those forums may as well be written in Mandarin for all the sense I can make of it. How edo I contact someone at WP who can actually help me with this?
