editing picture size

    I am trying to put pictures in, some are small and I want to make bigger but am having a hard time making them stay in the correct proportion. The other problem that I am having is inserting pictures that are way too big and I want to make them smaller. Can someone help me? thanks,

    Size by dragging from one of the corner handles and it will maintain the height to width ratio. Alternately you can resize them in an image editing program like Paint or something similar prior to uploading them. Do be aware that taking a very small picture and making it larger typically will reduce the image quality substantially, even when using a program like photoshop.
