Editing position of 'Leave a Reply' message

  Hi there,

  I want to change the position of the ‘Leave a Reply’ message that comes above my comments box because it clashes with other text.

  Here is an example post: http://tacticalcalcio.com/2015/04/08/ode-to-mauri/

  ‘Leave a Reply’ is in black, which clashes with both the background colour and the ‘Blog at WordPress.com. Intergalactic theme’ text. It looks pretty shabby.

  I’d love any help on how I can change the position of ‘Leave a Reply’ so it does not interfere.
