Editing Posts is very slow

Hi all,
Recently I’m having a problem where I edit posts. Basically, the browser freezes for a few seconds, then starts working again. During this time I’m able to use other tabs so I don’t believe the problem is with chrome. The same problem also does not occur in visual builder. Any idea what’s causing the delays?
