editing products

    Product description box looks empty, but there is text in it. I can only see it (while in editing screen) if i select all inside description box.
    also, cannot add gallery images. I can only add product image, AND the short description box is gone.
    Not sure how to make it display again. I tried going into screen options at the top of the screen but even though I click on it drop down does not work. Is there an update? or anything we are missing??

    We’d be happy to help, but we require one vital piece of information. What is the URL of your website?

    Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
