Editing Published Page

Hi all,
I need to edit a content on a published page whether it can be edited by changing the status back to draft or the entire content of the page can be copied, edited by creating new page if its possible how can i copy the entire content from the published page and republishing back because i couldn’t see any content neither in Visuals nor in Text.
Please guide me to accomplish it -
