Editing sidebar menu and content

I am trying to edit our website and it is my first time to do this. I was able to edit some however, I cannot do this particular one. I want to edit the Contact page of a particular unit, I want to create a new page for their contact info only, and not be directed to the office’s general contact info page.
The website is: http://www.ovcca.upd.edu.ph. When you go to Offices tab, and select Campus Maintenance Office, for example, on the sidebar, it directs you to CMO’s page. Then on the sidebar, there’s the ‘Contact’ link. I want to create a new page of ‘Contact’ for CMO only and link it up there instead of the main Contact page for the office. Please help. Thank you so much.

ovcca.upd.edu.ph is hosted by University of the Philippines Diliman, not by wordpress.com. That site on our WordPress.COM servers. Contact your web host.

Thank you, I was just hoping that I could get help re editing the content because the website was created using WordPress. :(

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
