Editing site

    Hi – we have some issues regarding our site which is located at pacerswim.com. The wordpress profile that was used to create that site with the purchased domain name can now only access something that was created intermittently namely pacerswimorg.wordpress.com. We want to get rid of the site that has wordpress in its name and be able to edit pacerswim.com but we seem unable to do this. How do we edit pacerswim.com?

    kosiew it says the following when i clicked on the link you gave: “You are logged in as “pacerswim220817” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “PACERswim”. If you are not “pacerswim220817”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “pacerswim220817″ and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.”

    So do we need to get an administrator to invite us? Thanks

    lizkarkoski So what happened was 2 years ago I created the website pacerswim.com on wordpress and I purchased the domain as well. Since then i have been able to edit the site without any issues. However recently i went to log on and i couldnt seem to find the site. Thus i thought it was lost for some reason and then ventured to create a knew one just in case i didnt find the old one. The new site is pacerswimorg.wordpress.com and what we want to do is get rid of that one from the profile completely and simply edit pacerswim.com. Whenever i try to edit on my profile it takes me back to pacerswimorg when in reality i want to be on pacerswim.com which after all was created on that profile anyway. Thanks

    Have you tried to recover the account of pacerswim.com ?
    For account recovery, please fill out the account recovery form (https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery) and the staff will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
