Editing site and need help

  Hi, I’ve just been hired to redo this website. I got access to go in and edit, but I’m not sure why I don’t have all the feature I thought I should have. I want to install and use a plugin, but that isn’t an option on my main menu/dashboard. I’ve never used wordpress before, so I’m just lost.

  Hey there @colettechidalek, it sounds like perhaps you have the wrong access level on that site. Can you check with the site owners and have them ensure you’re an administrator?
