How do I edit the size and location of photos on a page?

  recently upgraded to windows 7 and find that I can no longer change the size or location of an uploaded photo on a page in edit mode. I used to be able to click on the photo and a frame would appear round it that I could use to re-size the photo. I could then click and drag to move it. Now when I click on a photo it goes blue and I get the delete and edit buttons only. Can you help please.

  The frame should still be appearing. It may be a browser issue though. What browser are you currently using?

  Can you try editing an image in Firefox to see if that works properly? Thanks!
