Editing/stats pages not loading

  Whenever I try to do anything to my site besides just looking at it and navigating pages, the page goes blank. Fore example, if I try to write a new blog post or edit one of my pages, the site goes blank. Also if I try to click My Site in the upper left corner or look at any of my site’s stats, nothing comes up. The site is still accessible from a viewing / outsider’s point of view, but I cannot edit it at all or do any administrative tasks for my site.

  Hi there,

  I see that you are using Chrome as your browser. If open an “incognito window” then log in to WordPress.com in that window, are you able to load admin pages without issue?

  Or does it make no difference when you are in a regular window or an incognito one, the issue is the same regardless?

  When I tried incognito browser, the problem is different but with the same result. When I go to my page and click log in, it logs me in, and then returns me to my site page as if I am a viewer and not the owner of the site. It remains this way if I keep trying to log in.

  First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
