Editing submenu items

I’m trying to edit a sub menu item. However, I cannot see/find the options to edit the menu. I’ve tried watching multiple videos/ reading articles but none of it works.

The sub menu item redirects fine on the live website but I need to update it now. Can someone help me with this?

  • Hi,

    Hi

Thank you for writing back to me.

I understand however the site is managed on WP platform.

To be specific, I’d like to understand how the custom link in submenu item works. (Please see below screenshot). How is this submenu item linked to the correct page? Where in WP can I check this?

To avoid any confusion, it’s crucial to understand the distinctions among three versions of “WordPress”:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software that powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org, where you can obtain the software for free to use on your chosen hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com, a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software, which is the platform you’re currently contacting. Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist with sites hosted on other platforms.

Since you’re using the open-source version of WordPress, which operates differently from what we provide on WordPress.com, you can seek help at the community forums:

    https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

The community members in this open-source forum are experienced in these matters and are best suited to provide support.

I hope this information points you in the right direction.
