Editing subscriptions to my blog/site

  So I have roughly 30 people subscribing to my site. But every time I make a new post it informs them by email. I’m sure this annoys them immensely because I update and create posts about three times a day. How do I change the email to weekly, so sure I found it once?

  Each of your subscribers have the ability to choose how frequently they wish to be updated.

  When readers subscribe, they’ll get an email update (either immediately, daily, or weekly, depending on the frequency they choose) when you write new posts on your blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscriptions/
