Editing Tags Widget into list instead of cloud

  I was wondering if it’s possible to edit the tags widget so tags are displayed in a list form instead of the cloud.

  Is this even possible to do if my site is hosted on wordpress?

  If so, how do I do it?

  Any help is appreciated; I’m not very tech savvy. Thanks!
