editing text in titleblock

  Hi,
  Can someone tell me the easiest way to edit the text in my title block which reads “Just another wordpress blog” Don’t remember the name of the template I used but you can click this link for my blog http://vanderloo.wordpress.com/

  It’s called a Tagline and you can delete it or replace it with one of your own here > Settings > General
  Don’t forget to click “Save Changes” when you are done.
