Editing text on a theme

  Hi guys,

  I am quite new to CSS but am trying to work on adding an outline to text on our website. Trying to make the header more readable against the background. Would somebody be able to help me or point me in the right direction. It would be greatly appreciated.   Please provide a link where you want to underline text and what kind of changes you want to make in header.
