  How do I edit the About text in WordPress. Thanks!

  Hi @clareleahy, if you click on the About page, then click Edit, you should be able to change it up as you like.

  Or you can delete the whole page and create a new one under https://wordpress.com/page , then add a new link to your menu bar.
