Editing the header of a blog
-
When I am viewing my blog and I click customize it comes up with the side bar and the view of what the blog looks like. I can add a picture to the home page and edit the social media links to go where I want and it all shows up correct on the customizing page. Then I click to save the changes that I have made and it says that the draft is saved so I click out of the side bar. When I view the page without outside of the customization view none of the changes that I made appear, and when I go to the page from a link I can not see any of the changes that I made. BUT when I hit customize again and bring up the customization view I can see all the changes there that I made before. How do I get these changes to apply to my actual blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there,
Then I click to save the changes that I have made and it says that the draft is saved
The ability to save drafts or schedule Customizer changes is relatively new to WordPress.
While in the Customizer and before anything else, click the little settings cogwheel next to the button that appears at the top of that Customizer sidebar. Make sure that “publish” is selected rather than “save draft” or “schedule”. This will also change the button text to Publish. Any changes you make and then click “Publish” will go live on your site immediately after clicking the button.
