  I was able to edit this text on my other blog, College Composition Weekly, but I can’t find where to do it on this one. Is that because this is not a premium blog and the other one is? Or is there a button I haven’t found yet? Thanks!

  No this isn’t anything to do with upgrades. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Discussion and scroll to the very bottom of the page. http://justcanthelpwriting.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-discussion.php
