  I have created a blogging title. But now I would like to rename it. How do I do it?

  You can change your blog title
  Settings > General > Site title and tagline

  You can also change the address of your blog
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
  PS if you change your blog address the old blog name is lost forever neither you nor anyone else can register it again.
