Editing the size of images copied into a post

  I used to be able to choose an image size for images I added into a post (not from media gallery), but there is no option to do that now. It only gives me an option to align pictures, but not a way to set a certain size. I can change the size directly in the post, but I don’t know how to make sure that all images in my blog are a similar size, like small, medium, large.
