Editing the word “weblog” out of the title?

  Hi all. I would be so grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. My blog is http://themenucafe.wordpress.com/ (still getting set up). What I can’t find is how to NOT make it say “Themenucafe’sWeblog” across the top.

  I’d like a different font and only “the menu cafe”.
  Can I do that? I have looked all over and can’t seem to find where to edit that.

  dashboard – > settings -> change blog title.

  Don’t think you can change the font in the header, unless you buy the css upgrade, and understand css.
