Editing theme colors and fonts to match wordpress.com

I am in the process of transferring my site to wordpress.org. I currently have the Canard theme with the premium upgrade so I am able to customize fonts and colors. I have grown to really like the look of my site with the Canard theme and would like to have the same colors and layout on my wordpress.org version. Is this possible at all? I have installed the theme, but it does not give me options to change the fonts and colors as I have them through the premium upgrade. I hope this can be fixed! Thanks in advance!

Custom colours and fonts are a feature of WordPress.com and are not included in the WordPress core software.
For assistance adding some custom CSS to your self-hosted site to emulate the look and feel of your WordPress.com site, please post in the Canard forum at WordPress.org and provide links to both your WordPress.com and self-hosted site so folks can help you out:
