Editing theme – headache

  Hi all.. i bought a wordpress template “Theme” online and all i’d like to do is replace the demo text with my own text BUT how? i’ve looked all over my wordpress panels i just can’t do it?

  Ok i’m a noob and jumped in, everyone telling me ” get a word press theme and just edit that its easy? Well yes, Its easy if you know how.

  Can please someone try and point me in the right direction .
