editing toolbar disappeared from post page

  The editing toolbar has disappeared from the posting page –is this a problem at my end of the WordPress end?

  Make sure you’re in the visual editor. Still not there?
  Refresh.
  Then log out, clear cookies, try again.
  If still no luck, try another browser, and do the same.

  Also, check in your dashboard under users > your profile and make sure that “use visual text editor” is selected. Sometimes it mysteriously gets deselected.
