Editing Website

  It is not letting me customize my website. When I click on “customize” or “edit site”, it loads forever, and never actually goes to the proper page. Could anyone help?

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   I’d suggest clearing your browser cache as a first step, but if that does not work, you’ll want to look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
