Editing Website Title and Description that appears in Google search results

  How do I edit my website title and description? I tried editing my website title in Settings > General but the change was not reflected when I searched for the site with Google. Thanks

  How long ago did you edit your title and tagline? It can take some time for search engines to get back to re-index your site, possibly 6 weeks. Also you site does not have a lot of content so that may influence how often it is re-indexed.
