Editing welcome blog message

  Hello, I’m trying to update a welcome message on our blog: https://gcucareers.wordpress.com/
  Under the top title Careers Clinics & Appointments I want to update the text, but I’ve been althrough the customisation options and cannot find where to edit this information. The theme we have is Vigilance (now retired) and I’m wondering if this is the issue? Thank you for your assistance!

  Checking your site, I don’t see a welcome message on the front page and it appears you have switched to the Redhill theme.
