(1) Have you published a post that you would like to edit and don’t know how?
(2) Or are you saying you would like to edit your theme? -
I want to embed a web page into my wordpress page. How can I do?
In this case, I would like to embed the page http://www.babelfish.altavista.com into my wordpress page, so that I can make a direct translation from one to another language.

Embedding a page within your blog here, afraid not. There’s a number of security risks involved and the software removes anything geared towards embeds.
What you can do though is provide a link to babelfish for each language within your sidebar. For example, here’s a link to translate your blog from english to french:
