Editing/Changing the second column in a two-column page
-
I have a two-column theme page. Posts are added bt default to the main left-hand side column. The right-hand side column is where item such as “Categories”….etc are located. How can I add/edit stuff (text, images..) to this column? Thanks in advance for any help. Joseph.

Could you please provide the link to your wordpress.com blog so that we know you’re in the right place?
And yes, if you do have a wordpress.com blog you are able to add text and image into the widgets. There are various tutorials in the FAQ and also a large amount of threads about these issues :)

I just realised, did you mean that you wanted two columns of blogs?
I don’t think this is possible; the sidebar is usually used for widgets. I guess you could use a text widget and write down the whole column, but I don’t know if this is the effect you’re after.

Note that josephmilani is a 7-hours-old member; I think he means precicely what he asked: how to add/edit stuff in the sidebar.
@josephmilani: Sidebar items are added or removed in Design>Widgets. Some of them must or can be edited there, some are not editable, and the content of some (notably links and categories) is handled elsewhere in your dashboard. You need to study the FAQs on sidebar, text widgets, links, categories, uploading images, etc.

Maybe. Maybe not. the Masthead theme has three columns. And some blogs have two columns, but not blogs here.
