editing/removing tags

[i don’t have any idea, if its a closed topic or not, coz by searching with the terms ‘editing tags’ i only found five entries, but not related to what i want to ask]
when i copied my blog from blogger over here, i’d many of tags, some of them i converted in categories, yet they are still here as tags, too. my question would be … how am i able to delete or edit/remove tags inside a posted post or one i’m still writing, when editing it. coz i saw something like to check or uncheck categories, but tags i can only add.
which leaves me kinda clueless.tnx a lot in forward,

Please make sure you include your blog’s URL when you post a question, or link your nickname to your blog as explained in the Sticky “8 Things to Know”.

Removing tags:
Posts > Edit > click “Quick Edit” below post title, delete tag, click Update Post.
Or:
Posts > Edit > click post title or “Edit” below title, click little circled x before tag name in the Tag module, click Update Post.
