  No it is not possible to change the comment editor on our blogs here at wordpress.com. The one provided is the only one that can be used here. Those who have self hosted or web hosted blogs over here http://wordpress.org/hosting have different options. They can edit their themes but we cannot.

  If it was to be added here at WP.com, then everyone would have to use it as this is a shared environment.
