I just started a new WordPress site. My Dashboard is missing the editor function??? I have used word press before and the dashboard was more in depth. Any thoughts? I’d like to change some things and can’t do it without the editor.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you mean the Editor function for editing your theme? This particular menu is only available in self hosted WordPress.org sites. However, you can customize the CSS for your theme through the Customizer:
https://lindamcmanusimages.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php
Select the CSS panel to make changes.
Let me know if you have more questions!

I thought I was self hosted? Anyway, the only thing I really want to add is a copyright footer to my site. I don’t know what to add to the CSS area. When using the editor I just put it in the footer section. Any thoughts? I want it to read simply Copyright 2014 – All rights reserved – Linda McManus Images

Having a site here at WordPress.com means you’re using our shared hosting platform. Here’s some more information about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org:
Here’s some code to add a copyright notice to your site:
.site-info:before { content: 'Your copyright notice. A'; white-space: pre; } -
Thanks, I am fine with promoting word press, but would also like to add copyright for business purposes. Thanks for the code, it’s MUCH appreciated!!

Hoping you can help again. I was told by my host that I need to change my mx records on your back-end…can you tell me what it’s supposed to look like? Their records should read mx.ipage.com priority 10
