"Editor" button not available under the "Appearance" selection.

I am trying to link my the header image on my blog to a different website, and after doing research, I’ve found that I need to go to Dashboard–>Appearance–>Editor, and then can access what I would need to edit the header code. For some reason, There is no “editor” option under “Appearance”. How can I fix this? I’ve seen that many people have had this problem, and i’d like to fix it asap. Thanks for your help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
The Editor option is disabled on WordPress.com for security purposes. Those instructions are for the self-hosted version of WordPress that you can operate on your own server.
You can upload images for your header in Appearance->Header at https://dighublog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-header .
If you have any other questions or need anything else, please let me know. Thanks!

Thank you!
My problem is that I don’t want to simply change the header image, I would like to link the header image that i’m currently using to another website (www.dighu.com).
Rather than simply refreshing to the home page, which it does when a reader clicks the header image now, I would like it to redirect the reader to the other website. Do you know how to do this without the “editor” option? -
Hi,
That isn’t an option at WordPress.com. We’ve considered it previously and ultimately decided not to add it since the typical user experience is for the header logo/text to return an user to the home page and not a separate site.
One alternative- could you use a custom menus to have links on the navbar like “Return to dighu.com”, “Blog Home”, “Welcome!”, etc?
Cheers!
