Editor does not work. Cannot cut and past Links or Images with Custom URLs

  Changes to editor do not support cut and paste of live Links and Backlinks between pages and posts. Cut and paste of images directed to custom URLs does not work. Cannot force “open in new window” for images added to posts with Custom URL. WordPress support has not addressed in days. Help please.

  Hi there!

  I am having no trouble copy and pasting links in my post editor. Can you take a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

  You can set up Image URLs through the new image editor, which you can access through the pencil that appears in the top right of your image:
