Editor Errors

    I’m trying to add a page to my website and I get this error message: ‘The editor has encountered an unexpected error.’ It won’t let me add or edit anything. Can you help me fix this?

    Hi there,

    This is an issue we’ve been investigating for some time. To help us come up with the fix, please answer the following questions.

    • What is your browser version & operating system. You can copy the info from https://www.whatismybrowser.com/)
    • When did you first notice the issue?
    • Which method do you use for logging in (password, social, magic link)?
    • Are you using a VPN or a proxy?
    • Are you using an antivirus that blocks cookies?
    • Were you using the Classic Editor from My Site > Site > Posts before the new Block Editor was introduced?
    • Could you provide us with a screenshot showing any Console errors on your site? (In your browser: More tools > Developer Tools > Console) You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/) and paste the link into your reply.
