Editor function missing

  i dont have any plugins, i am the only one on the account, the editor function under appearance is not there. and i dont know why.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  At WordPress.com, we do not have the full editor function since we cannot edit the theme files themselves. Editor under Appearance is only available on the self-hosted version of WordPress hosted on a different web host.

  We do have the ability to create and apply Custom CSS, but to do that you would need the WordPress.com Premium Plan or WordPress.com Business plan upgrade.

  If you can let us know what you are wanting to change, we can perhaps find a way to achieve that for you.
