Editor help – menu items have disappeared after editing!

I paid someone to help set my site up (www.amc-mag.com, or http://www.ramblerguy.com — both point to the same page). I have been making some minor changes. One of the pages is “Our Cars” (in the header menu). There were initially three cars in the section. Each is a clickable photo that leads to another page with more info on that car. I added a car to the section, and now only the added car photo appears. all the other have disappeared! When I got to the edit menu to edit the page all four selections are there. I did the same to the “How Tos” page — I made a minor edit on one of 10 or so selections and now only the selection I edited appears! I just changed some text and removed two buttons that were under the selections and not needed. Again, if I go to the edit page all the selections are there. I did nothing to remove the selections. How/why did this happen, and how do I fix it? I need to edit some more items (mainly text), but I don’t want to further break the site.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Step 1: Check Query or Container Settings

    • Edit the page in the block editor.
    • If the items are inside a Query Loop, Columns, or Group block, check:
      • Number of items to display (should be set to “All” or the correct count).
      • Filters (category, tag, or custom criteria) — ensure your new item is included.

    Step 2: Check Visibility

    • Select each item block and check Advanced → Additional CSS Class / Visibility Settings.
    • Make sure none of the old items are set to hidden on the front-end.

    Step 3: Clear Cache

    • Clear browser cache and any site cache (Jetpack Boost or other caching plugin).
    • Test the live page in incognito mode to rule out local cache issues.

    Step 4: Update / Re-Save

    • After verifying settings, click Update on the page.
    • Sometimes just re-saving the page forces the live site to display all items correctly.

Step 5: Test Minor Edits Carefully

    • Make small edits one at a time, and refresh the page to confirm items are not disappearing.

Step 6 (if issue persists): Duplicate the Page

    • If the problem continues, try creating a new page:
      1. Duplicate the original page.
      2. Make edits on the duplicated page.
      3. Replace the old page in your menu with the new one.

Well, I understand your directions well enough, but there aren’t any selections for any of it on the editor page. This is a screen shot of the editor page. Only the top car on the list is showing.
