Editor is missing from Appearance – Cannot edit HTML / CSS

  I have no option to access ‘Editor’ so I cannot customize or edit the syntax.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Editor option is only available in the dashboard of self-hosted WordPress sites.

  You can add custom CSS for your WordPress.com blog in the editor that is at Appearance > Customize > CSS.
