  Hello, I was connected to chat getting help with my editor going to a blank page and I was disconnected. My domain also appears to be launched, which I did not do. It should show the standard coming soon wordpress announcement. How do I contact support?

  The link you gave is for a site hosted with Bluehost. So it seems your host is Bluehost, and not WordPress.com where you are now.
