  Where can I fin “editor” to change the appearance ?

  Exactly what do you mean by change appearance?
  Specifically what do you want to change?

  Many themes here have a good bit of customization you can do to them from the appearance > theme options page in the dashboard. In some you can change background color and text color, and you can add a custom header if you wish. You can find themes that allow some customization through the appearance tab in the dashboard by going to http://theme.wordpress.com/ and click on the “find a theme” button. Then under “filters” click the “features” link and then to the right of that, select custom header, custom colors and custom background, or any combination you wish.

  For more extensive customizations, you would need the Custom Design upgrade which will allow you to make more extensive changes through CSS.
