editor menu or function.php

  how can i find editor menu in my theme and also function.php. i don’t
  see it. is it because i don’t upgrade my plan or because my theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you want to edit your menu, you can customize your menu by going to My Sites>Menus or access it through directly from this link:
  ultimatereview360com.wordpress.com/wp-admin , then go to Appearance > Menus.
