@dingchav, the CSS editor should still be visible for any WordPress.com blog even if you haven’t purchased the Custom Design upgrade.
To try it out, you can go to Appearance > Customize > Custom Design and click the Try Now button if you’d like.
Check out this link to learn more about the upgrade if you’re interested:

Also, if you are using WordPress.org, you can get the same CSS editor by installing the Jetpack plugin: http://jetpack.me/

Hi, I’ve just bought CSS editor, the description said that with this tool you can change you site whatever you want LOL…!
So, where’s the editor under the appereance menu?
Vanished, for example, i would like to delete the search bar from my stay theme front page, tell me please is this possible with the CSS editor? Or should I follow a Brazil Film Burocracy Style scheme to do this, or maybe the Css editor is a tool to steal money?
I look forward your reply -
I’m not sure what you’re seeing, but have you matched your steps to this tutorial? Custom Design > Editing CSS
I think there is probably a more benign explanation than a WP conspiracy to steal your money and crush your custom-css-editing dreams. ;)

@russoskyautomataresearchroom
There is no blog linked to your username sop assuming you are referring to a free hosted WordPress.com blog that you purchased a custom design upgrade for please see here to address that.Note that you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blogs and purchased the upgrade. Note also that you must be using an updated version of the browser found here http://browsehappy.com and that you must have third party cookies enabled. http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/ Lastly, note that all CSS editing is theme specific editing and click this link to start a thread on the Stay theme in the CSS editing forum. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform

ok, you’re keepin’ on be plethoric and elusive.
I want my editor back on appereance menu, or instead, I want the entire html body or css cascade back so i can verify with firebug and then edit it.
If not i’m gonna withdraw my purchase and say goodbye to “Hollypress”. -

If you want the ENTIRE CSS or the php (which is where WordPress theme files actually reside) you can’t get that here, period.

How do I delete the last line after each post, “Posted in Uncatergorized” in the Twenty Ten theme? I purchased the CSS upgrade a well. I see no editor in the appearance menu as most forums have directed me too. I am looking for the page that will direct me to the code to delete it but to no avail. HELP!!!

Thanks for clicking this link and starting your own thread as opposed to hijacking this one. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization -
@lmfitnessprofessionals, the CSS editor can be reached at Appearance > Customize or at Appearance > Custom Design. The references you are finding on the web to Appearance > Editor are for the self-hosted WordPress software and things here at WordPress.com are set up differently. More information on making changes to CSS can be found here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/editing-css/ . In addition, there are 4 helpful videos on using the web development tools built into the most popular web browsers in this support document: http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/how-to-find-your-themes-css/ . They will help you identify the CSS rules for the elements in your web pages that you wish to change.
The following code will hide the metadata from below your posts.
