    Hi, I try to edit my website, but what I see in the editor is something completely different than what I see when in choose ‘Preview in new tab’ …

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Yes, but I thought I ticked the box “Don’t display my site’s URL publicly”?

    Hi there, we usually when you select a site to get help with, it shows for staff (privately) but in this case it seems you may have asked your question without indicating which of your sites is the one at issue. Because of this my colleage asked since you have several sites on your account.

    I have redacted the URL and noted it privately so staff can see it. Please be aware that free sites on WordPress.com have access to public support here in our forums, and in conducting our work there are times we may need to ask you what the URL of your site is, or ask you to share a link to what you are seeing.

    I can see the homepage of the site, but I’m not sure what you are expecting to see. Can you share a URL to the editor view that shows the missing content itself? I think it will help if we can see what you are seeing, so we can better understand why it’s not showing up on the homepage of your site.
