Editor slow

  I have found that when editing posts my editor is incredibly slow., especially when inserting links, it takes quite a long time to respond and it is only getting worse. Any way to speed it up?

  I am finding WordPress.com is taking some time to load full stop. It has been only happening to me about a week so far.
